It is now on the cusp of winter and while we concentrate on getting our Christmas gifts sorted and dig out the scarves and hats lets not forget our poor skin that get a battering in the cold, icy mornings.
My pet hate is dry crispy hands and as this is a very aging sign its good to look after one of the hardest working parts of our body. But most importantly let us not forget those who don’t have or those who face this time of year with dread and sadness.
